La description scène par scène du film Vertigo (1958) est analysée et illustrée par une intelligence artificielle produisant une seconde version du film.
Le film lui-même se compose de deux parties qu’on peut associer à la relation entre l’image et le texte. La première partie est une fiction dans la fiction : on fait croire à un personnage à une image écrite à l’avance. Dans la seconde partie, il tente de reconstruire l’image de ce texte à partir de ses propres obsessions jusqu’à la mort de la femme.

The scene-by-scene description of the film Vertigo (1957) is analyzed and illustrated by an artificial intelligence producing a second version of the film.
The film itself consists of two parts that can be associated with the relationship between image and text. The first part is a fiction within a fiction: a character is made to believe in an image written in advance. In the second part, he tries to reconstruct the image of this text from his own obsessions until the death of the woman.
