By crossing heterogeneous categories, supernatural landscapes emerge telling the story of a world that does not exist and that is imagined from the traces we have recorded of this world.
The titles of these images are automatically produced by a visual recognition of a recursive neural network, the so-called artificial intelligence reflectively seeking to describe itself.

Une série de photographies réalistes produite à partir de l’analyse et de l’apprentissage profond (deep learning) d’une base de données de 50 millions d’images rangées en 1000 catégories.
En croisant des catégories hétérogènes, des paysages surnaturels émergent narrant l’histoire d’un monde qui n’existe pas et qui est imaginé à partir des traces que nous avons enregistrés de ce monde.
Les titres de ces images sont automatiquement produits par une reconnaissance visuelle d’ un réseau récursif de neurones, la dite intelligence artificielle cherchant réflexivement à se décrire.
